General Information:

  • The fee for this program will be $185. This includes uniforms, all practices and games, and a participation award for those players who attend all practices and games.

  • Payments may be in cash, credit card, or check (made payable to Gladeview Christian School) and must accompany the registration form. Payments cannot be charged to your child’s account. Please return in forms and payment to the front office.

  • Transportation must be provided by the child’s parent. Written permission must be given for another parent to transport your child.

  • Games will generally be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with practices on Mondays and Wednesdays. A specific schedule will be handed out if your child makes the team. In the event your child does make the team, you will receive a refund.
